Located in Vilnius Old Town Hotel Pacai, Vilnius, a Member of Design Hotels is a 5-star design hotel, set in a Baroque palace dating back to 1677. The property underwent complete renovation in 2018 and now boasts it's historical heritage, offering guests an on-site restaurant, bar and wellness centre. We are traveling around the world but our experience in hotel Pacai was one of the best ever. We booked De Luxe room but hotel give to us free upgrade to one of the best and most expencive room in whole hotel. That was the most beautiful room that we ever seen. It features individually designed rooms with antique furniture and air conditioning. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, and from the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and attentive service. The Junior Suite is highly recommended — it truly feels like a home away from home: beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the living area is both inviting and elegant. Even before our arrival, Andrius was an absolute gem. He helped us arrange a full-day tour outside Vilnius and patiently answered all of our questions with professionalism and friendliness, never once sounding rigid or formal. Upon check-in, Simone was equally superb — offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, assisting us with a booking at the hotel’s beautiful Lithuanian restaurant, and arranging our spa visit. It was our very first time in Lithuania, but thanks to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel, we felt completely at home.

Each air-conditioned room is individually decorated with unique frescoes, wall paintings, and original 16th-century ceilings. All rooms overlook the old town. The rooms feature a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely. The gentleman on reception on the evening of our last stay was very helpful and kind and came up to our room with some chocolates.

Best possible central location with amazing view! Super comfortable, cozy room, SPA and all decorations in the hotel during Xmas period are just wonderful! :) breakfast was delicious as well.
