The grounds were beautiful, our room was incredibly clean with a gorgeous balcony looking across the mango orchard, and the pool was absolutely lovely. The hotel is designed so that it’s very open to the outside, so you feel like you’re in the middle of nature. We loved the decorative touches, like the wall of masks and the display of colourful bangles behind the reception desk. The whole concept of the hotel, as a women-led enterprise, is unique. This was our first hotel in Sri Lanka and it was only later that we realised how unusual it is to have so many women in these roles. It gives the hotel a calming atmosphere as all of the staff were so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived (and lit the ceremonial peacock oil lamp!). I didn’t try the spa but my mum booked a treatment and, although a bit pricey, she loved it. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a lot of vegan and vegetarian choices, although the dinner menu was a bit limited for vegans. We stayed two nights and wished we’d booked another, as we were so comfortable here.

Free private parking is available on site. It felt like an oasis. The swimming pool was absolutely exceptional, with bedrooms overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were a lot of very tasty food options. Would highly recommend!

He was always kind, available, and extremely helpful! It was also my husband’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond — they decorated our room beautifully and arranged a special dinner for us. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel is very close to Lion Rock in Sigiriya, which makes it the perfect place to stay when visiting Sri Lanka. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for well-being, relaxation, and a truly special Ayurvedic experience. 🌿✨

This 5-star hotel offers room service and free WiFi. Guests can make use of a bar. The houses were very nice and the staff was very helpful and helped with all the questions. The houses are very cosy and the swimming pool area was nice to chill. Great value
