Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

Less than a 5-minute walk from Jungmun Beach, this 5-star accommodation is located within a 10-minute walk from Teddy Bear Museum and only a 5-minute drive from Jeju Convention Centre. It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. Great service. Room was sparkling clean and with nice views overlooking the sea. Magnificent breakfast with many many option. New property, rooms were big, the one we got had a balcony and the bathroom was great as well. View from the balcony was nice.

I loved everything - it was definitely one of the top hotels I've stayed at in my life, and I have high standards for hotels. The design was beautiful, fusing modern luxury with Korean traditional and cultural details. The food was amazing - a la carte breakfast, free flow champagne buffet lunches (we paid for half board), everything was delightful. The bath tub was huge - almost like a bath at a spa, and the outdoor swimming pool had a great view of the sea, it was such a nice experience. I loved that there was an Olle trail running by the hotel, we got a gorgeous coastal sunset walk in as well.

My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was impeccable, overall quality much better than in most 5* European hotels. Probably the highest quality buffet breakfast I’ve ever had, serving fresh Korean, European, and Chinese food. Great views from the adults-only rooftop pool with heated water!

Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

This 5-star hotel features a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, fridge and safety deposit box in each room. En suite bathroom comes with a bathrobe, hairdryer. In accordance with the relevant regulations set to be implemented on March 29, 2024, This hotel will no longer provide complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and good amenities. Plenty of parking and a good location that was central to the areas/sights we wanted to visit during our stay. The resort had good restaurants and cafes, and even convenience stores. They had a robot concierge that could have delivered drinks/snacks to our room which is a cool feature, but we couldn’t get our foreign phone numbers to verify and get it working. Wish we’d stayed longer so we could have taken full advantage of the theme parks, pools and playgrounds on site. Would definitely book again
