The restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. The swimming pools and the private beach were simply the best—beautiful, clean, and safe, with incredibly comfortable sun beds that made relaxing so easy. A special shout-out to Mr. Bakari, who made sure our transport to the hotel was smooth and safe, and to Stephen, our driver, who not only got us there comfortably but also shared so much about the city that we felt welcomed before we even arrived. Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa is situated in Mombasa on one of the longest beachfront protected by the Mombasa Marine Park. It features 4 outdoor swimming pools, 3 restaurants and a beachside nightclub. Wonderful grounds, excellent choice of food, fabulous massages, delightful wildife, and a beautiful beach - we had a wonderful time and will be coming back again! The rooms are not amazingly luxurious, but are clean and spacious enough. You will have plenty of other places to spend your time!

Breakfast is served in the garden terrace. Serena Beach Resort - Firstly the warm welcome from the Staff was a nice touch. Came in on a really early flight and was accommodated. Everything explained about the resort. The team changing out the rooms each day were meticulous in their duties, bathrooms, floors all nice an clean. Bedrooms were turned down each evening Site was clean and well looked after. Access to the Beach was great, an excellent place to relax for a few days
