The room’s size was pretty good , absolutely clean and cozy .. but what I liked the most about this hotel was the staff. Probably the best customer service I’ve had not only in Tokyo but in any country I’ve ever been to , the service was so good that we had another plan to change hotels after 5 days but we decided to cancel the other hotel’s reservation and extend our stay at indigo. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and made our stay 10 times better 🙏🏻

The staff are so courteous and welcoming, a true manifestation of the Japanese culture. Everything was well organized, clean and well-thought of. The location is with walking distance to the Ginza area and to the metro stations that could take you anywhere in Tokyo. I would definitely love to come back!

Marunouchi Hotel is a minute's walk from Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit and a 10-minute taxi ride from Tsukiji Fish Market. It features 4 dining options, a massage service and rooms with free WiFi. Location is conveniently close to the Tokyo station and city center. The hotel in general looks new and clean. The room is a bit small but understandable for city center location. But it look very clean with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is good especially the buffet one.
