Beautiful resort and the staff is phenomenal! The hotel is beautiful and has many amenities. You can eat on the beach, the staff is very attentive and will check on you frequently.

A large spread and something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juice and fresh bread. All produce was fresh and all the meals I had were amazing. The bar tender in the lounge bar made me a special drink at my request. Everyone was extremely helpful from check-in to checkout.

It starts with the personnel, everybody seems genuinely glad to have you as a guest and is willing to help you with any question or request. Breakfast is abundant and we were assigned a table for our whole stay, this also means we were greet every morning by the same staff that quickly learned our preferences. The SPA is the 'secret gem' of this hotel. Spacious, brand new, well attended, an oasis for that rainy day. We enjoyed Federico's Aufguss sauna ceremony every day of our stay. Some other activities and entertainment were offered during the week as part of our stayed that made it very special and enjoyable. This hotel was our favorite of our northern Italy trip and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing – from the stunning views to the unique atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Venice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. And the breakfast setting was simply breathtaking – the perfect start to each day. Highly recommended!
