Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

Open for dinner, the on-site restaurant serves traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, while the bistrot offers à la carte options all day long. You can also enjoy a cocktail at the bar, that overlooks the climbing wall. We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

All off them made our stay a wonderful one

Rooms offer free WiFi and a 1200-m² wellness centre is available for free. This is a hotel that goes above and beyond in every aspect, yet does it in an unassuming and quiet way. If you care to look it's obvious how much thought has been put in to each detail. It is well-deserving of the Michelin recognition it has achieved. The location is to die for; the hotel manages to feel quaint while at the same time being quite luxurious. We particularly appreciated that the spa was included in the room price (aside from services such as massages). We did day hikes in the area during our stay, but it would have been easy to hang out at the spa all day long. The salt room was our favorite. The breakfast buffet wasn't the largest we have seen, but each item was delicious and there was nothing lacking.

Incredible staff and one of the most well appointed hotels I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail is second to none, you can feel the genuine love for hospitality throughout the property, a true home away from home!

Some rooms have a beautiful view across the mountain range. Modern comforts include satellite TV, with a wide selection of international channels. We really enjoyed the spa with its grottos — the contrast of icy and warm water for the legs after long walks was fantastic for circulation. Delicious teas while relaxing, and a very pleasant foot scrub and massage. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and recommended many wonderful places to visit. The location is very convenient, close to the mountains and Aosta. Our room was very cozy, and I loved that the bathroom amenities were by Guerlain — great quality and lovely scent. The parking was also very convenient, right under the hotel building. The staff were absolutely fantastic — incredibly friendly and attentive, truly making our stay unforgettable! We would love to return again.
