This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the service was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond by personally picking up my car from the entrance and taking care of the parking. This level of service immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The staff's training was evident in their professionalism and attentiveness. They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

Villa Riviera Resort is a widespread hotel that combines the highest international standards with the atmosphere of the Ligurian Riviera and typical Italian hospitality. A beautiful, peaceful place. I recommend a room with a balcony. We give it full marks despite some shortcomings. Hopefully they will learn from this and next time everything will be 100%.
