The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake. One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.

Hotel room was very well furnished/decorated, the hotel and rooms are all very modern in style (while many luxury hotels in Como are not), and the staff were incredibly helpful. The spa was also a real highlight - incredible!

The grand hall, the Salone Reale, features splendid chandeliers in Murano glass. Wonderful location, beautiful grounds. The food was terrific at the bar and the restaurants. Breakfast was expansive and delicious

This 5-star hotel offers a bar. The hotel provides a hot tub and room service. Loved the boheme and elegant style! The staff was really helpful and attentive to our needs, it was a dream stay. The food and view are one of the best all around.

Everything at the hotel felt very accommodating and tailored to guests’ needs, from early check-in to room preferences, making the stay feel personal and effortless. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is beautiful, relaxed, and elegant, with lovely seating areas both inside and outside. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and gives off such welcoming, peaceful vibes. Breakfast was one of the highlights. It felt home-style yet luxurious, with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience, comfortable, charming, and full of warmth. I 100% recommend staying here!
