Their warm hospitality, helpful suggestions, and attention to detail made a world of difference. We highly recommend Palazzo Vecchio and look forward to returning on our next trip!

Set at an altitued of 500 metres above the sea level, at the foot of Mount Etna, Monaci delle Terre Nere is 2 km outside the town of Zafferana Etnea. A former winery surrounded by the greenery and vineywards, it offers free Wi-Fi and parking. property is fabulous, service was impeccable and very friendly. Restaurant was amazing for dinner, although breakfast was just ok. Wish we had more time to explore the property and do some activities (wine tasting, horse back riding, etc.) Very pleased, would love to be back.

The hotel features a bar and a tea room. Excellent location, beautiful property, stunning views, however it's the very helpful and friendly staff that made the stay extra special.

Rooms at the San Pietro are spacious and have flat screen TVs with satellite channels. All have views of the garden or the sea. Beautiful, clean, amazing included breakfast. The cleaning and turnover service was exceptional!

They clean and tidy your room twice a day, and it's done better than any hotel I've stayed at before. Additionally, the location is perfect—not only for the view but also because the cable car to the old town is right in front of the hotel.

Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina serves an American buffet breakfast. The Michelin starred restaurant serves both Sicilian and Mediterranean cooking, and Literary Terrace & Bar provides drinks and snacks on its sea-view terrace. First of all, the staff: they're incredible. Our stay was a honeymoon stay and they exceeded our expectations on all levels--there when you needed them and not when you didn't. We were able to enjoy the amazing Dior spa for a treatment which was one of the best we've ever had and the overall classic Sicilian vibe of the property/grounds is hard to match. Yes, the ultra-expensive Four Seasons down the street is also an incredible (and famous property) but for the value, charm, and equally grand history the Belmond Grand Timeo really can't be beat.
