Property location is breathtaking and the staff go above and beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, Danilo met us with warmth, he made our arrival so memorable and continued to help us navigate Taormina throughout our stay with advice for the beaches, restaurants and transfers. He was so helpful and made phone calls for us to make reservations in Italian. He couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious and staff were attentive and friendly. The pool is a stunning space to relax and just absorb the stunning views. Hotel Metropole is incredible and no photo we saw before our arrival did it justice.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Just 5 min walking distance from the Funivia to Taormina.

The location is perfect and easily accessible from the cable car and car. Breakfast was abundant and also with additional options other than the buffet. Staff was very friendlly, reception (Katerina), concierge (Davide, Daniel), waiters, assistants at the beach were all very helpfiul and polite. Room service and cleaning was perfect.

To say the hotel is amazing and splendid is to say nothing :-) Beautiful gardens and rooms, cosy restaurants and bars with a magnificent view, and all that with flawless service and perfect staff. A big plus is also the easy access to the private beach of the sister hotel. It wasn’t the first Belmond hotel in which we stayed but for sure one of the best.

Etna Golf Resort & Spa is located at the foot of the volcano, right inside Mount Etna Nature Park. It offers unforgettable views and elegant, air-conditioned rooms.
