Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

We did initially follow Google maps and get lost, and it just seemed impossible to find the location, so the resort sent down a car to help us out. On reaching the location, we had a great welcome and a smooth check in. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, there’s WiFi access throughout the entire property, the indoor games and swimming pool, make it worth spending a day just within the resort itself. The staff went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. One of the driver staff there, offered to wash our car for us, since we’d gotten stuck in sludge the day before and had gotten mud all over the car. Another one drove all the way up to our room, just to deliver a Swiggy order. The food at the restaurant was lovely, so much so we ordered dinner from just there throughout our stay. We all enjoyed our stay here, I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Will definitely be coming back here on my next visit to Wayanad.
