The location is great, and the staff are super friendly! During checkout, we accidentally left some of our belongings at the lobby. However, the staff went above and beyond by couriering the items to us afterward. A huge thank you to the staff for their kindness and assistance.

Originally built to serve as the mayor’s residence, this 5-star heritage property is surrounded by a garden and is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. Very tasty food, courteous and friendly staff, routinely enquiring about the food, stay and anything else that they could help us with. Need to specially mention Sunita at the front desk, Padmini, Aswathi, Ana and all the others whose names I don’t know. Will definitely stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

The Promenade is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. It offers an outdoor pool, 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi access is provided for free in the entire hotel. The View from my room was excellent🤩🤩🤩 The food they gave for baby was excellent too and they gave it as complimentary too. Fantastic service.
