We were upgrading to the cottage room, which was big, comfortable with a balcony towards the woods. The pool has a very nice location, it was too cold to enter. The rooms are neat and all the facilities are good. the housekeeping and all other staff are very helpful. The reception staff is also very helpful. I would like to specially mention Ms. Anjaana's name who guided us throughout our stay and was very supportive. Overall it was a very memorable stay. Will definately suggest this hotel to everyone.
