The service from each and every staff member was top notch. The food at the restaurant was great across all our meals and the staff was very accommodating of our special requests as well.

In particular Parag, Dhermesh and Philomena managing reception, Souschef Pradeep and the excellent waiter in Tinello with the outstanding mustache :)

After checking out, I realised I had accidentally left my black multi-plug adaptor plugged into the wall in my room. I reached out to the hotel, and Ms. Vidya Mohapatra immediately took ownership of the situation. Despite it being a Saturday (and the courier not operating on weekends), she went out of her way to coordinate with the courier team, personally packed the item, arranged an urgent pickup, and kept me updated at every step. She even contacted my next hotel in Rajkot to ensure they were aware and ready to receive the package. Thanks to her constant follow-ups — including on a Sunday — the adaptor reached me just in time before my departure. Her communication was clear, polite, and genuinely caring throughout. This level of service goes far beyond “standard hospitality.” It felt personal, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring while travelling. A big thank you to Vidya and the entire ITC Narmada team for turning a small problem into a smooth, stress-free experience. This is exactly why ITC hotels stand out. I truly appreciate it.
