Modern and spacious, rooms are fitted with high ceilings, a flat-screen cable TV, minibar and tea/coffee-making facilities. Bathrobes, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

The private bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Select rooms offer a separate bathtub and butler service. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.

A wonderful experience, I was sad to leave! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the bed was truly comfortable and I had a great night sleep. The rooms are well appointed and the room service was delicious and quick. Breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel is beautifully designed
