Excellent property at very calm location and well managed with Hyatt’s highly trained staff. Food was awesome and each staff at the property were taking personal care of the guest and Hyatt’s hospitality was clearly visible. Happy to see such properties in India. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are exceptionally humble and polite, making the stay feel very welcoming. A special mention to the chef, who kindly accommodated my request to prepare meals without onion and garlic—a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. The restaurant is lovely, with a pleasant ambiance and quality food. The hotel is built with correct Feng Shui principles, which is clearly felt—it's calming, peaceful, and I had a genuinely restful sleep. The swimming pool is well-maintained and a great addition to the stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.
