On Ireland’s beautiful east coast, Powerscourt Hotel is a 5-star hotel tucked away in the woodlands of County Wicklow. There are stunning spa facilities and an award-winning restaurant, Sika.

Opulently furnished rooms all have marble baths, separate rainforest showers and featherbeds. Many rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic views and terraces. All have a seating area and free Wi-Fi. Everything. Great hotel, very spacious rooms (we were upgraded to suite). Great hotel garden and facilities. Breakfast and dinner was very nice. Small Gestures like offering water for our drive out makes a difference in experience in five start properties.

The Morrison Dublin, Curio Collection by Hilton features a new bar restaurant and an easy access to Dublin city centre. The bars and restaurants in Temple bar are within 5-minute walk of this hotel, as is O’Connell Street and Henry Street. We have stayed at The Morrison several times over the last 10 years and every time the service has been amazing. The bar staff are so friendly as are the check in through to the house keeping. We will be back next time we visit from Bermuda.
