Very convenient positioning at imago, we went shopping and easily found restaurants. KK is small and hotel gave good tips on where to go. Smooth check in. When we arrived at the room, I was a bit worried we wouldn't sleep well as it is so close to the airport, but we both slept like babies. Soft and comfortable bed and nice pillows helped. We were able to see the sun set from our balcony (though a little far away).

Unfortunately, she was taken ill the night we arrived. We had to ask for help and extra items from reception eg information of getting medical assistance if necessary, asking for extra bottles of drinking water etc. Staff were very quick and obliging. As for the food, we had room service because of my daughter being unwell. She truly loved your kids fish and chips which she said was the best she had ever tasted! We ordered the fish and chips twice within 24 hours. We'd like to commend all staff who were so helpful and very courteous. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We came for our honeymoon and the staff prepared some details in our room~ The swimming pool was nice to relax after walking outside. Also the hotel is located just in front of the night market which is very convenient. The staff was adorable and comprehensive of our schedule. Lastly the breakfast was AMAZING one of the biggest choice I have seen.
