From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive — the staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, always with a smile and a willingness to help. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean — offering both comfort and style. We dined at several of the on-site restaurants and were consistently impressed by the quality of the food. Each meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and local touches that made every bite special. The pool area was a particular highlight — serene, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. Although the beach access is relatively small, the snorkeling right off the shore was fantastic. We were lucky enough to spot a large turtle just 50 meters from the beach — a magical moment we won’t soon forget. We also took one of the yacht tours organized by the hotel — an absolute must. The views, the experience, and the overall service on board were simply stunning and added an extra layer of magic to our holiday.

We spent our honeymoon and a private wedding at Contessina Suites & Spa, and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The staff truly made us feel like family. I remember every person by name, and this connection is what makes this place unforgettable. A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a pool outside and a lovely bathtub. And the beach was right in front of us. We could enjoy our Prosecco in the sea. Couldn’t ask for more. And the breakfast was super !

You can enjoy a variety of sport activities here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Contessina Hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, providing excellent service both in our room and throughout the hotel. They have surprised us with an upgraded room. Everything in the hotel was impeccably clean. Using their app, we could easily place orders by the pool or request anything we needed for our room. They also offered massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Throughout our stay, we received delightful surprises that made our experience even more special. The breakfast was very plentiful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also greatly enjoyed the Sushi Bar and the Verdema Restaurant as well. This place in Tsilivi comes highly recommended!
