The room felt new and fresh and the cleaning each day was amazing - everything was re-stocked consistently including pool towels which was perfect. The pools were very clean and well maintained and having the option of two adult pools was a bonus.

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari. Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. The staff made the resort spectacular. Check in time was at 3 pm, but our flight arrived at 8, and the stopped by hoping to just drop off our luggage so we could tourist about the island, but the staff invited us to an extra day of the fantastic breakfast and rushed to have our room ready around 12. The staff went way above and beyond to take care of us and give a great experience. Especially for the price, I cannot recommend this resort enough. You're getting a 5-star resort for the price of a mediocre hotel.

The suites were amazing, serene, and so welcoming, the view was nice, the pool is good (but not heated to my preference, it could do with a couple more degrees), the food was great. All in all, the best experience in Santorini was this hotel and that was because of one thing, the staff. Especially Rosy and Thanasis (Thanos), great people to hang around with, great service, amazing and sooooooo kind.

The services, the location and the BEST SUNSET on the island! There are rooms with privacy with the pool and sun only for you. The breakfast was stunning! You can order with their app the food you want and the hour. The front desk deserves 10*! Perfect staff. They helped us with all reservations and info about everything! The rooms are big, luxury, beautiful! The maids if you want they make clean 2..3 time per day! The pool was heated, perfect for a bath at any hour! Thank you very much for all. If we will come back to santorini, you will be our only choice!

Incredible view, great location, amazing staff. The place itself is gorgeous, the swimming pool is wow, the food (both breakfast and lunch) is good ...... All in all, nothing negative to report, quite the contrary. All is made easy - from dinner recommendations to scooter and dinner bookings. The front desk lady Maria is very kind and welcoming, and took care of all our dinner reservations and the recommendations were great. Follow her advice. The staff at the pool and breakfast are lovely and very competent.

The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.

We were looking forward to seeing great and worldwide sunset from the best position and here is the best position! You can see sunset from Oia castle, however, you can dominate the view from here. I would recommend staying here if you want to avoid crowds and dominate the view. The room and in-room pool were clean. There is a large basins in bathroom.
