The suites were amazing, serene, and so welcoming, the view was nice, the pool is good (but not heated to my preference, it could do with a couple more degrees), the food was great. All in all, the best experience in Santorini was this hotel and that was because of one thing, the staff. Especially Rosy and Thanasis (Thanos), great people to hang around with, great service, amazing and sooooooo kind.

The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛

Regarding feedback, I wanted to highlight 3 staff members who we feel made our stay special and went above and beyond for us.  Firstly was Hara, she was incredible, there was nothing she couldn't help us with, she was always informing me of any changes and making our stay super special. Secondly was Konstantina. Every time we would speak to her, she was always super helpful and informative. Always ready to help us with our breakfast, lunch and dinner bookings. Even seeing if we could book another day when dinner was full. And fitting us in when we came back in the evening, just to have one of their amazing desserts.  And lastly was Adriana, who we had for our spa treatments. The treatments we had with Adriana were outstanding; she was the best!
