The lobby was stylishly designed, adding to the overall ambience of the hotel. As a thoughtful gesture, they provided cake and fruits along with a nice welcoming note, which added a personal touch to the experience. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking for my car, which was convenient. The location, next to Borjomi Central Park with a free park entrance, was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Borjomi.
