A lot of great activities in one place. Especially for kids. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing, horse riding. Really spectacular views on the vineyards. Friendly and welcoming personnel. Tasty food and wine. It exceeded my expectations. Strongly recommend.

Don't expect 5 stars hotel, but everything was clean and very friendly staff. Everyday they prepared for us breakfast of good quality. There is just a small issue with parking in the hill, but always managed by their team.

SUPER NOISY, POOR SERVICE, misleading star rating, paper-thin walls, disappointing experience 1)SUPER NOISY: you can hear everything that happens in the rooms surrounding yours. The walls are like fake, they are not even soundproof. 2)POOR SERVICE 3)DEFINITELY NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL. MORE LIKE A 2 STAR HOTEL 4)The AC was making crazy noises 5) very disappointed overall. I am seriously thinking of requesting a refund.

Liza, Receptionist !! Amazing lady she was very open hearted, any body meet her once, will definitely not going to forget her very soon. Vibe in the Hotel was like a 5 star hotel, but the rooms were not as it should be, I would say it is worth it because there is no much options available in Kutaisi.

Our room and the hotel is general could be summed up in one word - sumptuous! The room was huge, the terrace big, the beds were comfortable with satin bedsheets and the breakfast was excellent. It was real old-world luxury. Location in the centre of the old town by the White Bridge couldn't be better .

The host was cool! In principle, the owner has a score of 8 stars. The apartments themselves were about 5 stars. The owner took us on excursions all over Georgia. You didn't have to think about anything yourself.

We were really happy with the couples who runs this hotel.Hospitality was amazing and for family of 3 this is the best place to relax because kids can play in a big hall surrounded by 4 bed rooms spacious than hotel rooms. The breakfast was super and they customize for guest as we had vegetarians in our group. Also food is home made with great taste.. We liked this place better than 4 star and 5 star hotel stays in Tbilisi. John

Location 5 stars...very close to city centre.. Staff was very helpfull..brakefast was good...twice called us to enjoy brakefast...good mattress...clean room.Had a/c and room heater to keep warm..
