We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Newhall Mains. The ambiance was peaceful and elegant, making us feel right at home. The luxurious fabrics and furniture added a stylish touch to the overall atmosphere. The service we received was friendly and excellent, ensuring that all our needs were met. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the outstanding food. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, leaving us craving for more. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly impressed us. The comfort of the beds was exceptional, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with beautiful classical music playing softly in the background, creating a soothing and relaxing environment. Unfortunately, we arrived with the flu and had to cancel our pre-booked dinner at the resident restaurant. However, the staff at Newhall Mains were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They prepared a delicious onion soup for us to enjoy in our rooms, along with a comforting Hot Toddy to help us feel better. Their thoughtfulness and care made a significant difference in our overall experience. We are already looking forward to returning to Newhall Mains in the future. It is a place that truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This elegant and intimate exclusive retreat in the heart of the Scottish Highlands overlooks the mysterious and beautiful Loch Ness. The hotel sits right on the shores of Loch Ness, and the windows provide a stunning view of the entire lake. The rooms are spotless, well-kept, and comfortable, with really nice beds. I especially have to thank the hotel manager—he tracked down a bag we’d left behind (with our passports inside!), which made the whole stay unforgettable.
