Each has a private bathroom with a marble floor, bathrobes and slippers. We spent 3 weeks in France and stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels. Villa Lara was our favorite by far. It's a feel-good place and the staff is exceptional.

The chateau delivers the cosy charm and mannerisms of an old English manor decorated with genuine period furniture and contemporary accessories and fabrics. It was beautiful and the staff was wonderful.

Ever since becoming a hotel in 1976, Audrieu is a fine example of good taste and the symbol of the French art of living. Period fireplaces and furniture give a personal touch to this ancestral home. Stay in one of its suites and rooms, some of them with original wainscoting, and enjoy a combination of luxury, space and comfort. Very charming and luxurious:) Helpful and friendly staff! Loved this Chateau!. Beautiful bathroom with heated towels!

This boutique hotel is located in Rouen’s historic centre, next to the Gros Horloge and 2 km from Kindarena Stadium. Guests have free access to the indoor pool, fitness and spa centre including sauna, hammam and a range of spa treatments. Absolutely everything from start to finish was perfect, including before we arrived with excellent communication from the staff who were helpful, friendly and responsive. The facilities and in particular the spa and pool were gorgeous, and the couples massage I booked as a Valentine's gift for my husband was perfect. Our room overlooked a town square and we could hardly believe how lucky we were to get such a beautiful view. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the tour we got as we were shown to our room by the friendly and helpful reception staff. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were lovely. We only had the breakfast there so can't comment on the food at the restaurant but the buffet was fresh, plentiful and had something for everyone. Absolutely spoiled for choice with very high-quality food on offer. The hotel is in the heart of Rouen which made it perfect for going out to eat at the many fantastic restaurants around the corner. The parking was not cheap at £27 per day, but to be expected for valet parking which made everything so easy. We both had a great stay which exceeded our expectations, and we would 100% recommend going there.

Ivan Vautier is a 5-star hotel with a gastronomic restaurant, a tea room and a spa available on reservation for a one hour with an extra cost offering a hammam, sauna and body treatments. It has air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms, each with a spacious bathroom, satellite TV and free WiFi. Excellent service! Comfortable rooms with good beds and barrooms! The restaurant is just superb!!!!!

La Ferme Saint Simeon has individually decorated rooms, each with a mini-bar, an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi access. The private bathrooms include a hairdryer, robes, slippers and Molton Brown amenities. The best hotel experience I’ve ever had! Thoughtful staff, beautiful grounds, delicious food and amazing hotel room. 5 stars don’t do it justice. This is a 6 star hotel!

This prestigious 5-star hotel, where writer Marcel Proust once lived, is located directly on the seafront in Cabourg. It offers stylish guestrooms, some with views of the sea, a gourmet restaurant, a bar and access to a private beach. Guests can enjoy free access to a sauna, a sensory shower. A beautiful place, and very nice for fans of Marcel Proust! The restaurant and breakfast were great, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was excellent in every way!
