The hotel comprises of two wings: the Savoy wing occupies an elegant Art Nouveau-style building and all rooms and suites are with lake views or city views. Guests can access the Spa du Royal and 24 hour fitness centre, with breakfast included. The Park wing is located in the heart of a city park and grants rooms with a private balcony, as well as access to the 24 hours fitness centre. The food in the restaurant was so good. I had the fillet du perch two nights in a row! Highly recommend it. The bar lobby served great snacks as well, I highly recommend the prawn tempura with the side salad, to die for. The staff were very friendly as well. The receptionist Laura was even so kind to walk me to the main road in order to direct me and explain where to get the Metro.

We spent a lot of time there. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and spacious.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. All rooms offer views of the lake or the Mont-Blanc Square. Location was fantastic. Hotel oozed old world charm and luxury. Staff were very attentive to our needs. The view from our room (lake-facing) was just amazing. Concierge was knowledgeable. The experience was a great start to our Swiss holiday.
