The village of Colroy-la-Roche, between Strasbourg and Colmar, in the heart of a landscape of preserved valleys, breathes simple and true nature. The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.

It's a very nice and comfortable hotel. The restaurant is a 2-Michelin restaurant, and we enjoyed it very much. The food was great, and the service was great. You can feel the holiday spirit there.
