The interior design matched my personal taste perfectly—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully curated. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, well beyond the usual standards. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the outstanding staff. From the front desk and housekeeping to the lifeguard at the pool, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. It was, without exaggeration, the best hotel staff experience I’ve ever had.

Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá - The Leading Hotels of the World is located 300 metres from Madrid's Royal Palace, the Royal Theatre and the Cathedral. It features a seasonal rooftop pool and a terrace with city views. Wonderful stay for Christmas, stunning decorations and the staff made us feel welcome at the holidays. The room was lovely and very comfortable. They left little gifts for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. It was December, but even so, we could go up to the rooftop area during a sunny day and it was so beautiful. Loved the outdoor courtyard as well. Would love to come back in warm weather!
