There is not 1 thing negative I would say about this luxury boutique property. It was stunning, service was personal and the location/design aesthetic, food, drink impeccable.

All suites also have ocean and pool views. Beautiful room & view, super friendly staff, impeccable service, great food at the restaurant, quality of spa treatments. Also highly recommend the Yoga class on Wednesday mornings, that was definitely a highlight.

All include a small kitchenette, flat-screen TV, and a bathrobe and slippers and safe. Absolutely fabulous hotel, loved the breakfasts, choice of dining rooms, beautiful layout & amazing pools. Staff were incredible - polite, friendly and helpful.

The main infinity pool is surrounded by palm trees and an infinity pool on rooftop with panoramic views (exclusive for Junior Suite Sea View Relax + Suite Sea View, Suite Loft Sea View, Ocean Suite, Grand Suite and Royal Suite) Great setup, nice location, good food and friendly staff at the reception.

This only adults hotel with 5-star Grand Luxury, is surrounded by 2 white sandy beaches, and it is ideal for enjoying all that Lanzarote has to offer – year-round sunshine, tropical gardens and great local art. Everything. Special shout out to the staff and service. Every morning Nadia, at the pool bar, would go above and beyond. The entire staff are 10 out of 10 tho. The building itself is magnificent and the energy is spa like zen. Perfection.

The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. Peace and quiet, such friendly staff, so obligingly helpful

Maia at reception, Moreno, Rebecca in the restaurant and All the staff of the property was super professional and very gentile and friendly. Highly reccomended piace, world like to come back again
