The hosting was exceptional — Ms. Sara contacted me right after the booking to arrange my arrival and guide me through everything. On arrival, she informed me that my room was upgraded to a larger suite with a beautiful beach view, and throughout my stay she checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely cared for. The staff were all super kind and helpful, especially Mr. Ayman and Tarek, who went above and beyond. I also tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet — absolutely delicious, tons of variety, and everything tasted super fresh. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I’d love to come back soon — next time for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Thanks to them, we were able to organize two excursions. The room was comfortable, and although we had a few issues with the bathroom, everything was quickly taken care of once we mentioned it. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Siwa’s city center, but once you’re there, you’ll discover a beautiful, peaceful place — perfect for enjoying the area!

We faced a few issues at the beginning, but the reception staff – especially Mr. Raafat – were incredibly helpful and resolved everything smoothly. In fact, this is the second year we’ve come back to this hotel because of the excellent experience we had with him last year as well.
