The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable. They even gave us a special discount as newlyweds, which was such a lovely surprise! The location is also excellent — it’s in Downtown Cairo, close to everything we needed: restaurants, gift shops, and nice places to walk around and explore together. We really enjoyed the quiet environment, the comfortable room, and the warm hospitality. It’s a new, well-organized, and charming hotel, perfect for couples or anyone who wants to relax in the heart of Cairo. Great view of the pyramids from the room. We were upgraded to a room with a view which was great. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was OK, seemed to vary between days but fills a hole. Kettle and tea bags included in the room as well as a fridge and safe. The bed is very comfortable and large. A lot of the other hotels in the area seem a bit scammy. We can confirm that the pictures of this hotel are accurate and no issue with getting placed in a nearby hotel etc. It's worth paying a bit extra for a better experience.
