The windows opened in our room which was wonderful and we had two tv’s which was a luxury. The breakfast was great, a large fresh variety to choose from. The availability of the lifts, laundry room and crib for the baby made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were truly wonderful-helpful and pleasant. Our flight was early in the morning and we were given breakfast bags with lots of things to eat and drink which we appreciated.

Loved everything about this stay.. we had an amazing Big room nr 610 with jacuzzi on the terrasse .. amazing Sun on the terrasse and very Big room with Two rooms and Two beds we enjoyed our stay a lot .. and the hotel is in the middel of everything perfect location.. and the staff was super Nice and very welcoming

Both kids 4 and 10 can be a bit noisy and yet they were welcomed and supported with pencil and drawings and a friendly tone. Very very recommendable.

The hotel experience was fantastic since the start. I've reached out to let them know that our flights was earlier than expected - the room was not only ready at 12 noon, but we also got a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The morning of my wife birthday, while I did not ask for anything nor said anything, the staff brough to our table at the breakfast room a cake with a candle, 2 glasses of prosecco while singing happy birthday! It was the least unexpected and it show the attention to details that all the hotel staff had during our stay! Every some little gift was left in our room and are those little things that makes all the difference. Location wise it was perfectly located minutes away from both Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. We used the SPA the last day, and we regret that we didn't every day! It is small, but lovely decorated, with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. If back in Prague we would certainly go back at The Mark.
