My stay was absolutely stunning, with spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. I especially loved the small island across from us, which I named Crocodile Island because it’s shaped just like a crocodile. The landscape, the rooms, the restaurants, and the staff-everything was top-notch. Special shout out to Wilson, thank you for all your assistance. Every moment of my stay was memorable. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season when it’s quieter, less crowded, and more peaceful. The highlight for me was experiencing their incredible rain showers during a thunderstorm—it felt magical, almost like a Divine Sky Symphony with lightning and thunder. Truly an unforgettable experience!

My stay at Esh Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, everyone, from the front desk team to housekeeping and the restaurant staff, paid close attention to every detail and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the food at Almar. Absolutely incredible. I can honestly say it was one of the best octopus dishes I’ve ever had, memorable, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. Esh Hotel is a place that makes you feel cared for, relaxed, and inspired all at once. Without a doubt, I will be coming back.

The room was a unique masterpiece of design, and extremely comfortable. Our host was more than willing to assist us each day in arranging for places to see and things to do. Breakfasts were good.

My mom and I had an amazing stay at La Flor de Coco! The hosts are very kind and welcoming, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the A/C works really well. The common areas are super nice, from the clean pool to the large tables and the upper deck, there is always a quiet spot to rest. Thank you for everything!

Located directly on the sands of Tamarindo Beach, Ocho Artisan Bungalows on the right-hand side of Starbucks on the beach. The property was well maintained and a true Authentic getaway. We truly felt Costa Rica surrounded us here. The location was perfect and beach front. The food was outstanding and fresh. We tried a few other places to eat in town and couldn’t find anything better than Ocho. The staff make you feel comfortable and cared for. They were right there for all our needs and more assuring our stay in Costa Rica was second to none. Thank goodness for air conditioning. The Bungalow was top notch and beautiful. We stayed in both 8 and 9. Only suggestion is to have hooks in the bathroom for towels and wet clothing and more space for clothing in bungalow 8. If you are looking for an experience of a lifetime Ocho Bungalows will not disappoint! Very romantic and exotic! We loved our pool time as well, massages on the beach, beach bar hopping, our private sailing afternoon, spa day, I could go on and on! Thank you to all!

Destino Hotel & Hot Springs - Lujoso hotel en Provincia Guanacaste, San Bernando de Bagaces,... We stayed at Destino for one night and really liked it! The place is surrounded by nature, and on a clear, sunny day, you can see three volcanoes. One of the coolest features of the rooms is that one of the walls is made of natural rock, giving you the feeling of being in a cave - yet everything is modern and well-built. The hosts were very welcoming too. Liz sent us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. You can also enjoy an outdoor bath with hot thermal water that comes straight from the ground. The highlight of the property is the cold river, which you can reach within a few minutes. In the Costa Rican heat, swimming in that fresh, flowing water was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and quiet, while still staying in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed house.
