Rooms at Hotel Sazagua are spacious and decorated with a mix of wood that creates a warm atmosphere. They are equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan and either includes a patio or a private balcony. Some rooms also have a hydromassage tub. Food was great, garden is beautiful, very clean, well located. Nice touches like welcome cocktail, early check in, help with taxis and tours. The best part is that all the staff was very kind and professional. I didn’t get all the names but I remember Freddy, Felipe and Andres who was the nicest with us. The guy that feeds the birds and checks the pool was super nice too. The cleaning lady and the ladies at the front desk were amazing too.

With parking underneath the hotel - what it is a plus. We only stayed one night, as we booked the place mid way between the Termas and Pereira airport.

The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious. We stayed for four days and three nights—and honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! A special highlight was the massage experience with Gloria and Jeraldine. They were so good, we booked another session right away! We also joined the hotel’s tour to Cocora Valley, Salento, and Filandia. Due to Holy Week traffic, it took around two hours, but it was absolutely worth it. In Cocora, we rode horses up the mountain for COP 240,000 for two—definitely one of the best moments of our trip. Harry, our driver from the hotel, was great. The next day, we did the coffee tour at La Divisa de San Juan with an English-speaking guide, Anderson, who explained everything really well. Anderson can also go with you to Cocora and other places, if you need a tour guide in english. Just ask the hotel. Thank you Ana, Jordan, Dan, Jenny, Lady, Jorge, Jeraldine, Gloria and the head chef in the kitchen for making our stay memorable! Amazing team! 🤍
