Oh my god, I celebrated my birthday at this hotel and it was unforgettable. They prepared everything so beautifully for me. When I walked into the room, I genuinely felt like I had gone back 30 years , like I was a 10-year-old little girl again. It was phenomenal. The room was stunning, and the view was just wow. The dining, food, and room service were all very good, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and attentive. And honestly, the location feels like one of the best spots in all of Shanghai.

They went extra mile with complimentary 1-Day city tour that showed us around the heritage & futuristic places of Shanghai with special thanks to Xiao He, our tour guide who’s really helpful and supportive during the tour and made sure we got the nice family pictures! Last but not least, their complimentary 1-way airport drop-off and Shanghai Disneyland shuttle made the whole stay super convenient. Lovely housekeeping team for their spotless clean room and all amenities, they also provided us the free laundry at no charge, superb!! Location wise, it’s near the Beixinjing metro and very convenient to go to Nanjing Rd and IFC mall for shopping. You can order your food & drink to hotel and they will let their robot to send to your room!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with a kitchen and separate living area so it was very spacious for our family of 4. The washer and dryer were an added bonus as we got to do a bit of laundry during our stay.
