Our room was upgraded too! I didn’t want to get out of the room because the room was super grand. In a nutshell, this hotel is superb and the staff went out of their way to make our stay in Nanjing as nice as possible. Good value for money as well. This is the place to stay in Nanjing!

The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.
