Location is good, in a nice & safe area. 15 mins walking to South American’s tallest building and its mall. The service was exceptional. Everyone was helpful, cared about your experience, and tried their best to assist you. Nothing to complain about. Will def stay here again, if coming back to Santiago.

Located just outside of Santiago and inside of Santa Rita vineyard, one of the oldest wine cellars of Chile, this historical monument was fully renovated in 2017 becoming Hotel Casa Real, a luxury boutique hotel. The Santa Rita Winery estate is absolutely spectacular. Steeped in history and gardens are kept to a very high standard. We had a premium win tour followed by lunch at Dona Paula Restaurant. We could not fault any aspect of our time at Hotel Casa Real and the winery. We had planned to visit other wineries in the Maipo Valley but cancelled and spent our entire time at this exceptional place. Absolutely recommended.

The food in the hotel was excellent - the breakfast was fabulous and the food and drinks in the rooftop bar were also great. The rooftop bar has a great vibe - we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view and the great relaxing environment. The hotel is without a doubt spectacular - truly 5 star - but it’s their incredible people that really take it to the next level. Just to mention a few amazing team members - Agustin and Randi on the front desk, Matias, Edward, Fernando, Sebastian and Pedro in the restaurants, and Gabriel and Felipe on the door…but every staff member was friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful. Customer service overall at the hotel was exceptional.
