Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

This place is amazing. The view from the room is picture-perfect. Breakfast is great. The staff is amazing. It's clean spacious and very relaxing.

Location fabulous. Stunning views of the lake at the back of hotel. Walking distance to the centre of town. Breakfasr was excellent. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lake view rooms are quieter.

Lake view. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The location was exceptional. We will definitely stay again when we visit Puerto Varas.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room had beautiful mountain, water and garden views. Breakfast was great and room service was excellent. 10 mins walk and you were in the main town where there were many different restaurants and live entertainment. The mountains of Patagonia were magical, it really is a special place.
