Every possible detail was considered when creating the room amenities, functionality and design. The staff was phenomenal, especially the registration personnel, but truly everyone was amazing.

Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Situated in a dreamy location, it offers stunning and relaxing views. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and great with kids. Guests can enjoy free bike rentals, an on-site cinema, and a pool that stays open until 11pm. The breakfast service runs until 2pm, ensuring you can truly unwind and enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this hotel!

The family-owned 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, next to the lake. It offers a spa area and elegant rooms with modern furniture. This was my third time staying at this lovely hotel. Prime location, friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Best hotel in Luzern in my opinion. I would like to thank Mar Margaret at the front desk and Mamu Dahy at the villa restaurant for making our experience exceptional! I have celebrated my birthday at the hotel with my family last year and this year too, and I can't wait for my future stay at this great hotel.

Designed by the celebrated Parisian architect Jean Nouvel, the hotel is centrally situated next to a pleasant park in the heart of Lucerne. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. The hotel’s interiors are stunning. Best room I’ve ever slept in. Also, the staff were super nice and attentive, and the service impeccable (night of 6/11, lady at the bar also was great). They made my stay truly amazing!

The Renaissance Lucerne Hotel is a modern 5-star hotel in a historic city palace, 3 minutes' walk from Lucerne Train Station and 200 metres from Lake Lucerne. Location was amazing, private parking spot was amazing. Room was upgraded which also was amazing.
