The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing.
We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch.
We kept that letter as a souvenir

The staff at the front desk were amazing - friendly and helpful. They were able to assist us with an alternative option when our tour operator (Viator - never use them) cancelled thirty minutes before the tour and were unreachable. Their suggestion was even more cost effective than the tour operator and it ended up being a pleasant day afterall. So thumbs up for the excellent service in our time of need.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful and were so lovely to our 4 year old son spoiling him with chocolate every time we came back which made him very happy! The breakfast staff were particularly lovely and breakfast delicious. Upgrade on our rooms was very much appreciated and the top floor room had a wonderful terrace and view. Spa was great and so was the massage. Location great overlooking the water and a short walk into the main part of town, and staff very helpful on local activities and restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay!

Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help.
