All people at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It felt like they were your long time friends. The location is few minutes walk from the cable car - just perfect! Amazing choice of restaurants and super delicious breakfast! New, clean and charming The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and I will definitely come back

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. Breakfast was delicious! Staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great and warming.

The chalet was absolutely incredible and way beyond expectations. The quality of absolutely everything, including the staff, was sublime. A truly perfect trip and I would gladly return every year if I could! I would love more bookings available as a couple rather than a group, if possible in future - a real dream trip that I'd highly recommend to anyone!
