Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. First of all, I was surprised that they built a luxury hotel at such a high altitude. The exterior looks like a wooden mountain lodge, which is well suited to the Swiss Alps, but when you enter the room, you can see that it is a sturdy construction using very high-quality wood. Although you can't see it, I think the framework that supports the entire load is made of reinforced concrete. It feels that stable. The hotel staffs were really supportive and friendly.

Very helpful and courteous staff, super clean and super convenient location.

We loved how cozy and intimate the hotel was! Soa was perfect, loved the outdoor heated pool under the snow. They have a ski cabin to place your skis which is amazing. Food was excellent. Sheets were super soft and comfy.

The quality of absolutely everything, including the staff, was sublime. A truly perfect trip and I would gladly return every year if I could! I would love more bookings available as a couple rather than a group, if possible in future - a real dream trip that I'd highly recommend to anyone!
