Very helpful and courteous staff, super clean and super convenient location.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling and hiking and there’s a heated storage room for ski equipment with coffee facilities exclusively for guests, located next to the Spielboden/Plattjen Cable Car. Exceptional in every way. The staff goes above and beyond, from the minute you book the place. The food at the restaurant was great especially for breakfast.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. We had a truly wonderful experience at CERVO Mountain Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The weather was perfect, which made the already breathtaking view of the Matterhorn even more magical. The resort itself is beautifully designed and ideally located just a short walk from the village...conveniently accessible by an elevator. We were warmly greeted at the train station by a kind porter, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff at CERVO were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. They made every interaction feel personal and warm. The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Great spa activities and super friendly head barista who made us fancy coffee. Thank you CERVO team!

The breakfast was simply divine—each morning felt like a celebration of flavors in the breathtakingly beautiful restaurant. Even though the spa facilities were temporarily located in a neighboring hotel, they were every bit as delightful—beautiful indoor and outdoor pools nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings. The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too! Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.
