Offering ski-to-door access and a spa centre with an outdoor pool, Riffelalp Resort 2222m Ski-in & Ski-out 2222m is located right within the ski, hiking and biking region above Zermatt. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Very nice to place and next to the sloop. The view of the Matterhorn Mountain is super cool from the balcony and resort main entrance. Restaurants are excellent. But no nightlife after skiing and u will need to go down to the village by train if u want to life the night experience in Zermatt. So i will recommend to split ur stay in 2 resorts, one on the top of the mountain like this one and second another resort in the village down.

The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive
