Magnificent property on the shores of Lake Lucerne. Exceptional staff who did everything they could to ensure our stay was first class. Magnificent accommodation and stunning views over the lake. Designed by the celebrated Parisian architect Jean Nouvel, the hotel is centrally situated next to a pleasant park in the heart of Lucerne. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. The hotel’s interiors are stunning. Best room I’ve ever slept in. Also, the staff were super nice and attentive, and the service impeccable (night of 6/11, lady at the bar also was great). They made my stay truly amazing!

The Renaissance Lucerne Hotel is a modern 5-star hotel in a historic city palace, 3 minutes' walk from Lucerne Train Station and 200 metres from Lake Lucerne. Location was amazing, private parking spot was amazing. Room was upgraded which also was amazing.
