All rooms offer views of the lake or the Mont-Blanc Square. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and retirement. From welcoming to the room decorations to the celebration in the restaurants the staff were very thoughtful. Everything was amazing! The concierge and the front desk staff were super helpful in helping us with our daily arrangements. One of the concierge, Matteus and a front desk staff, Nassim went out the way to arrange a special cake and a thoughtful gift for me. The stay was very memorable.

A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

The staff is polite and very helpful, everything is clean, there is a great view on the city and the breakfasts are the best ones I ever had in a hotel. Everything you need is available, including even a separate dog menu!
