We liked the location of the hotel as well because it was nice and close to the Royal Fair, which was our reason to be there.

We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

TOCA also offers a cozy Bistro section and a private dining room, ideal for those planning special events. I never leave reviews but Ritz Carlton truly deserves this. Fantastic rooms with fantastic service. I wish I could just live there.

This hotel is located in the upscale district of Yorkville and is near a number of Toronto's finest restaurants. A full service spa, boasting world class spa treatments is available. Guest rooms feature 2 flat-screen TVs. The staff and manager are exceptional, there was a noise issue with another guest. This was dealt with quickly and politely. The reaction of the hotel staff was very impressive. The concierges Tony and Robert were so helpful as was the doorman Michael. The hotel is located in a very area of Toronto close to nice restaurants and shopping.
