The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.

Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. It features a tennis court, a gym, a 4-track bowling alley and billiards, as well as indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water. Guests can benefit from the healing relaxation and skin therapies at the modern spa centre. The food had a lot of variety which we enjoyed and it was very tasty. The had "real" fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning and a lot more food options than we were used to with many natural alternatives. The shuttle buses to the sky resort were quick and came by often (every hour).

Clean, full of shampoos, bath salts and soaps, clean towels every day both in the room and at the pool. Very warm, clean and salty water in the pool. Sauna and Hammam neat and ready for enjoyment. Children have their place to play too. Bar is great and outside is a table with fire to keep you warm if you are smoking. It has inside smoking area too also beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are various has everything for everyone. . Service and staff very friendly and always ready to help. Because of two fractures from skiing, we had to return to Croatia in the middle of the trip. The hotel not only provided us with all the benefits in terms of room service, but they also changed our reservation even though they didn't have to. This kind of humanity is not often seen, so THANK You! I highly recommend This hotel.
