The hotel is awesome. Very clean and luxurious. Very nice owner and staff. Quiet and calm place. They accept us in the very late evening with smiles. There is also a convenient car parking. They serve nice breakfast with code, tea, deserts.

A nice budget calm hotel in the centre but a few buildings away from the main street of Sevan. They have also a farm with happy chickens, rabbits and cows. The owner is a very interesting person with who you can discuss a lot about any topic.

A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it. The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished. We had a long and delicious Armenian breakfast.

The location was unreal! Right on the water with amazing views. The restaurant serves fresh fish and vegetables and were cooked to perfection. The staff were lovely and the area was great.
